CROSS COUNTRY
Please dismiss CC students from class at 2:15 for a CC meet on 9/9. The bus will leave at 2:30.
FCA
FCA will meet Friday during Advisory. It is open to all Jr. High and High School students. Please meet in the cafeteria after attendance is taken. We will discuss activities for the year. Bring $5 if you would like to order a T-shirt.
TEAM SPIRIT
High schoolers who would like to join Team Spirit should pay $5 to Mrs. Elfrink by September 26. Team Spirit helps determine the Red Ribbon Week dress up days and teaches Red Ribbon lessons to elementary classes amongst other activities throughout the year. We will have our first meeting in September 30 and will have pizza at the meeting.

FBLA
Any students in grades 7-12 interested in joining FBLA may pay their dues to Mr. Hutson. Dues are $30 and include your shirt. The Six Flags trip will be $50 and will be on October 18. So, dues only will be $30 and dues + Six Flags is $80. Money will be due by October 16.
ART CLUB
Art club is selling Magnolia Soap products until 6/12. These are great products!
Art Club will meet Thursday, September 4th during Advisory in the Art Room. $20.00 dues will cover the cost of your T-Shirt.
STUDENT COUNCIL
There will be a full student council meeting on Wednesday during advisory.
BRIDGE COMPETITION
Bridge Competition at SEMO – Juniors & Seniors Only!
Are you a junior or senior interested in engineering, design, or just love a good challenge? Ms. Compass is taking a group of students to compete in the Missouri Bridge Competition at SEMO on Wednesday, November 12 at 9:00 a.m. You'll spend the entire day off campus, representing our school in this exciting event.
Key Details:
Open to juniors and seniors only.
Materials to build your bridge will be provided by MODot.
Work on your bridge during advisory, before, and after school with Ms. Compas.
Ms. Compas, a former winner of the competition, will help guide you every step of the way.
A special guest speaker – the Head Traffic Engineer at MODot – will visit to talk bridge design and provide software tools to bring your ideas to life.
Winners may receive college scholarships!
Interested? Let Ms. Compas know by Friday, September 5.
FTA
Anyone wanting to join the FTA please sign up with Mr. Williams’ in Cross’s room. It will cost $20 for the shirt.
