SEMO DUAL ENROLLMENT/DUAL CREDIT STUDENTS
As soon as your end of the semester grade has been calculated (including the grade for your final if you had one) send a screenshot of the percentage grade and letter grade to Mrs. Elfrink at heather.elfrink@deltarv.k12.mo.us. Be sure to send this right away. The university closes access to the class soon after grades are posted, and we need your fall semester grade to include it on your high school transcript.
FFA Members:
Please turn in your beef stick money and any fruit/meat/cookie dough money you owe ASAP! All money needs to be turned in by Friday, Dec. 19 by the end of the school day.
2ND SEMESTER SCHEDULE CHANGE
High school students who want to change their 2nd semester schedule should sign up on the sheet outside Mrs. Elfrink’s office by 3:10PM on Thursday, December 18. Changes will require a schedule change form signed by all teachers impacted as well as parent/guardian. Completely signed schedule change forms need to be turned into Mrs. Elfrink by 12:30PM on Friday, December 19. We will not honor student-requested schedule changes after December 19. Schedule changes will only be made if requested by the principal. All schedule changes are based on approval by Mr. Crabtree.
SEMO DUAL ENROLLMENT TEXTBOOK RETURN
Rented textbooks need to be returned to SEMO by Dec. 15 or you can bring them to school by December 18 and the Director of Early College Programs will take them back for you. If you wait until December 18, a fee may show up on your account, but will be removed.
A+
A+ students need to bring in their log sheets to Mrs. Elfrink so she can copy them and update your documented hours. As a reminder, completion of the FAFSA is a requirement for A+ scholarship eligibility.
