Delta Bobcat FCA joined Dolly's Daredevils at the Alzheimer's walk. This year, we raised over $800.00 to help end Alzheimer's!





PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES
Conferences will be held on Thursday, October 24th from 4-7p.m. in the High School Cafeteria. Informational papers went home last week.
Mrs. Elfrink will be having an A+ informational meeting from 6-6:30p.m. for all 9th graders and parents and for 10th -12th graders who would like additional information.
Best of luck to our Junior High Girls Basketbal Team in the upcoming Scott-Miss Conference Tournament. The games will be played at East Prairie.

The Walk to End Alzheimer's will be held Saturday, October 19th at Capaha Park. Registration starts at 8am, and the walk ends around 10:30am.
Last year Delta Bobcats joined the team Dolly's Daredevils which raised over $1560 to help end Alzheimer's. Registration forms and bus permission slips are available outside Mrs. Nash's room.

Delta R-V High school had 33 students take part in Build My Future SEMO on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at the Show-Me Center. Our students took part in experiencing hands-on skills in the Career & Technology field that are available in the SE Region. Great opportunities for Career Success!!

Members of the Delta FFA Chapter attended the SEMO University Agricultural Field Day on Wednesday, Oct. 1. Activities and tours were held at the Charles L. Hutson Greenhouse and the David M. Barton Agricultural Research Center. A great day of activities were enjoyed!

SENIOR PARENT/STUDENT MEETING The Senior Parent/Student Meeting will be 5:30pm on Monday, September 16. Topics discussed: graduation, scholarships, financial aid, college visits, applying to college, etc. The meeting is expected to last about an hour.

The SEMO representative will be here starting at 11:00am on Wednesday, September 11. Juniors & Seniors who would like to attend the meeting should sign up on the sheet outside the counselor's office by the end of the day on Tuesday, September 10.
Everybody is okay. We had a fire alarm go off in the high school due to smoke coming out of an oven. GOOD NEWS, the fire alarm works. BAD NEWS, our kids missed 5 minutes of class. But everybody is okay. The problem is solved. The kids are back in class.
The school building will open at 7:30am, no earlier.
Breakfast will start at 7:45am and end at 8:07am
Classes will begin at 8:10am.
